Global Brand Partnerships Manager


Influencer Marketing Agency (IMA) is the leading influencer marketing agency in Europe. We develop influencer marketing strategies for brands, building on the reach and authority of the new generation of 'digital influencers', such as bloggers and vloggers.  Since the launch of IMA, we have built up a strong international client base within the fashion and lifestyle industries (i.e. Diesel, Safilo, CK, Unilever, Nivea, Tommy Hilfiger, Esprit, TomTom).

IMA is at the forefront of the new developments in digital influencer marketing, and is experiencing rapid growth throughout Europe. Our headquarters located in Amsterdam, overlooking the canals. We have a young, energetic and international team, consisting of 40+ dedicated professionals. 


As a Global Partnerships Manager you are responsible for building relations with existing, and potential new clients. You will follow up leads, approach potential clients, and educate them on the services and solutions that IMA provides. 

Based on client briefings, you will work closely with an internal pitch team to shape the optimal influencer marketing strategy & solution. All our campaigns are tailored to the unique needs of the client and created in close collaboration their marketing team. Therefore, you will act as consultant for the client during the pitch process, ensuring that the optimal campaign format is offered to reach the client's goals. 

You will take the lead in the internal pitch team, working for each new account. It is your responsibility to clearly communicate the client's briefings and goals, initiate creative brainstorms and to create the optimal campaign format with your team. You will present & pitch this to the client, in clear and concise presentations & demo's. Because many of our clients are international companies, this involves travelling (mostly within Europe). You will handle financial negotiations (under supervision of your direct manager) and are responsible for finalizing/negotiating other terms and details. When a partnership is closed, you will work with the Campaign Management department, to ensure optimal execution of the campaign and communication with the client during execution. 


  • Affinity with sales and/or business development for the advertising/creative/influencer marketing industry
  • Creative as well as strategic & commercial
  • Affinity with influencer marketing 
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a digital / advertising / marketing environment 
  • Experience or education in (digital) marketing and strong knowledge of the digital marketing space
  • Digital Native 
  • Social skills, team player, pitch/presentation skills and well-organized
  • Independent, outgoing, driven, creative, strategic and responsible
  • Fluent in English writing, speaking and presenting
  • Living in The Netherlands, Amsterdam area or willing to relocate within short time span (must have work permit for NL)
